Clear rules help protect both the customer and the seller.
Before download approval
A customer may contact support to request cancellation while payment is still under review and no file access has been enabled.
After file access
Digital software products are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded from the user dashboard.
Defective or mismatched files
If the delivered binary file does not match the product listing or exhibits technical corruption, our technical engineering team will promptly review and correct or replace the file.
Hardware products return & replacement
Physical hardware items damaged during transit or with manufacturing defects may be returned or replaced within 48 hours of courier delivery with valid unboxing video proof.
