Product compatibility
Customers must verify the product listing with their vehicle cluster, MCU chip number, and mileage specifications. Our support team is available before purchasing to assist with compatibility checks.
Technical responsibility
Digital software files and flashing tools should be handled with proper technical care. Always maintain a full backup copy of the original factory dump file prior to writing or modification.
Payment and access
Digital software files become immediately available for download once payment is verified. Physical orders are processed and dispatched with Steadfast Courier tracking.
Account and file security
Purchased files are account-bound. Customers agree not to redistribute, resell, or share proprietary firmware files without express permission.
